Glossary IO error occurred: Network exception.

Hello,
yet another problem with Wordfast Pro 5 v 5.11.1.
I was working with a remote glossary provided by client, and now I am getting the following error:

(Glossary) IO error occurred: Network exception.

This software is so frustrating. Makes me lose tons of time

Did this perhaps happen because your client's server was down, so Wordfast could not access the remote glossary?

thank you very much for your reply. I wish that was the issue, but no...
It happens every single day, several times a day.
