Tables in Word - bad clean up

Hello, I have a mac OS X 10.9.5 and a word 2011. Now I'm translating 500 pages made in ms-Word 97-2004.
It contains tables on every page and the clean up is not good. Either the rows are twice as big as they should be or Wordfast leaves the source language in the cell with the target language.

Any ideas?
