Hello
I wonder if anyone knows about free (or reasonably priced) applications for both Windows/PCs and Android/smartphones that allow you:

1) create personal glossaries and find words in them

2) find words in already available dictionaries (like the ones offered by Babylon) or even online (like Pons or Leo dictionaries)
