I knew proz.com one year ago and now I would like to enter as membership. I ask you some impressions, namely if this could be good or not. Please tell me something about it.

My opinion: Indispensable for two reasons:
1. The BlueBoard - where avoiding one bad payer will cover your subscription
2. The Translators' Directory - where clients go looking for translators.

Try searching for "membership" and you should find your questions answered. I joined recently, and it paid for itself very quickly.

There are so many factors that will decide whether you can get jobs or how many jobs you can get from Proz.com, like your language combination, your location, your expertise, your communication and marketing skill, your visibility, your price...
I guess you have to try it out yourself.
But a membership is not all about jobs. A member has access to a number of other interesting/important features: blueboard, participating in translation contests, tracking visitors, sugge... In my case, ProZ.com serves as the channel to go international. Before joining this site, my clients were mainly local post-graduate students. After joining this site, I can reach both national and international clients.
