Someone can help?

My profile is not showing at all in the translators' directory, even though I am a professional member, I have my language pair set (En to Fr), clients positive feedbacks, and listed many general & specialized fields. My profile shows as completed 100%.

I emailed support few days ago but never got any response yet.

Also: I have requested a Native Language Verification on March 16th, 2023, which is still pending:
