Our proz.com wallet did not informed about check arrived.

Money arrived safely to the wallet.

But we have not received notification about that.

Notfification works well for credit card payments.

This year about 50 payments were made thru my wallet and I always received a notification...

The fact you didn\'t receive one could indeed be related to the fact that you were paid by check as I assume a notification for checks would have to be entered manually.

Did you already send an e-mail to \'support request\'?
