I was looking at a few questions this morning and when I came to this one

Although you do ***not*** meet the criteria, you may suggest a translation if you like.

I've "reported" that I am a native speaker of English, which I am, but I do NOT meet the criteria?
What's going on folks? And how can I become a native speaker again?

Well, I just went back to that question (I had opened and closed it several times!) and now I'm a native speaker again! That's a relief!

Hi Catherine,

This switching/contradictory statement is a known bug that is still inherent in the newest Kudoz design, and staff should be aware of it.

(We've been discussing this amongst moderators recently, and alerted staff.)
