These apparently are the lyrics for the rendering by a Finish quartet known as Loituma of a traditional Finnish song called Levan Polkka in which the original words are replaced, accoring to the following Wikipedia article, by nonsense words.

Yes, just the same. I asked, because I had read somewhere online it was Finnish, but I was not convinced as spelling was not very typical of the Nordic countries...
