Ciao!
Sto cercando di creare un progetto su Trados 2021 con tre documenti Word salvati come .docx, ma ogni volta che tento di avviare il progetto, nella fase di preparazione mi appare il messaggio di errore che dice "We detected issue with this file. Please resave in MS Word and try again", quindi i documenti non possono essere convertiti in file traducibile.
Ho provato a risalvarli più volte in .docx, ma il risultato non cambia.

Forse puoi provare a salvare in Rtf? Non so se MSword offre ancora la possiblità di salvare in doc...
Altrimenti avvertirei il cliente che qualcosa non va.

Cambia nome ai file Aug 23, 2021

Prova a fare una copia dei file e a salvarli in Word ma con altri nomi. A volte questo piccolo stratagemma risolve dei casi.

Ogni tanto mi capita col 2019, salvando in rtf fino ad ora ho sempre risolto. Oppure si anche cambiare il nome accorciandolo.
