最近遇到一家招募译员的翻译公司，recruiter简单介绍了一下项目内容和费率，要求先签保密协议，再让我做一个短的免费试译。我是新人，觉得这个程序有点出乎意料，请问靠谱吗? 另外想请教下大家，与翻译公司合作的一般程序是怎样的? 多谢。

这种情况我也遇到过几次，没多想，大致浏览了下协议内容就签了。算来正常吧。我一般会注意看看该公司在 Blue Board 上的记录。

如题。每个翻译公司程序大同小异。看清楚保密协议或合作协议/劳务合同等，明白双方的权利与义务后再签名，如有不同意的条款需要事先提出，双方商议一致后再签名，否则签名后就按协议办事了。至于试译，只是关系到译员能力与水平是否符合翻译公司的要求。一家之言，不妥烦请指出哈。
