Loc naștere = indescifrabil - transcriu ce se vede, menționez "indescifrabil" sau scriu corect?

Bună ziua, mă ajutaţi, vă rog, cu următoarea problemă?

Am de tradus un certificat de naștere şi locul naşterii este scris de mână în aşa fel încât pare că e cumva diferit de cum ar trebui să fie.

Cum procedez? Scriu aşa cum se vede? Scriu "indescifrabil"? Sau scriu numele corect aşa cum se vede în alte locuri din document?

Mi s-a întâmplat și mie asta, eu am cerut clientului sa confirme locul nasterii și am scris corect.
