Could anybody tell me how a client can make a WWA-entry on my behalf? (request from a client who is willing to work with me again, but who is too busy to figure out how to make the entry).

Try giving them this link Jan 20, 2014

http://www.proz.com/translator-feedback/give-feedback?eid_s=28894

That's the URL if I go to try to give you WWA feedback so it should work for them as well.
