"I liked the way he spoke. He was calm, slow and concise and had a good mastery of the subject. He really wanted to make himself understand by his listeners. He was also eager to answer to all questions. "
"While the material he presented could have been useful for some people who attended the seminar (I did not find it relevant/useful and left the presentation early), the way he presented made it extremely difficult for listeners to follow and stay focused on the material because of too many interjections, abrupt pauses and lack of flow/coherence. I am from a multicultural background so I don't usually mind different accents as it cannot be helped for most people - still, it should not be so strong to the point where the listener is having a hard time understanding what message is being conveyed. In addition, his cellphone (I am assuming as it was evident) kept on ringing several times in the background - we could all hear it but he never apologized for it nor turned it off, as I could hear it again later in the presentation. It was quite frustrating to listen to his presentation to say the least. While he could be an excellent manager, he could use some practice if he wishes to continue doing more presentations."
"The trainer was clear and informative and answered questions well, even when they were asked by people who appeared to have little idea what the product was for."
"It was a good presentation, and, because it is his own product, you can see he know a lot about the topic he was explaining. But, maybe because he know the product inside out, some things are obvious to him that are not very obvious to people who are unfamiliar with Protemos.
I also think that a lot of people understood wrong what Protemos was, maybe he should have made it clear from the start what Protemos was NOT (eg.: a tool to get more clients, or to enhance visibility.)
My suggestion is that he could have prepared a full practical example, from beginning to end, on how to handle quote/project/payment in Protemos. He did give a lot of information about it, but not the whole workflow in one go, if you know what I mean. I love Protemos, it has helped me a lot in organizing my business."
