The manufacturer shall provide an instruction handbook in accordance with 6.5
in EN ISO 12100-2:2003.
Specially, the instruction handbook shall provide:
provisions for handling, transportation, storage, installation, starting up;
b) provisions for cleaning and rinsing:
the cleaning products to be used, the recommended implements, the procedures and frequency, any necessary warning (for example, the cleaning shall be done once the machine is stopped, using water and soap with plastic scraper.
Metallic implements are not recommended);
c) necessary further safety measures to prevent injury from the load tipping (see 5.2.5);
d) for wheel-mounted lifting and tilting machines:
the rules for installation of the cable, and/or the type of supply cable to be used for limiting the risk of damaging the cable;
e) normal quantity of processed material of given products and the maximum load admitted by the machine;
f) information warning the users about the risk in the discharge zone when the machine is included in a process;
g) values of forces at fixing points and dimensional details if the machine is fixed;
h) for mobile machines, the recommendations, that the motion of the machine shall only be carried out with the bowl or mixing machine descended or removed, and that it is not permitted to stand on the machine during the motion;
i) warning to the operator about the possible hazard of trapping between the tilting bowl and the hopper of the next machine;
j) instructions to isolate the machine in a safe condition in the event of repair or maintenance (isolation from energy supply of all nature, locking of the disconnecting device, neutralising residual energy, testing), the operations of the cylinders cleaning shall be made only when the electric supply is off;
k) value of the overcurrent protective device in the case of machines covered by 5.3.3;

Zgodnie punktem 6.5 normy EN ISO 12100-2:2003 producent zobowiązany jest zapewnić instrukcję obsługi.
W szczególności instrukcja powinna zawierać:
wytyczne dotyczące przenoszenia, transportu, przechowywania, montażu, uruchomienia;
b) wytyczne dotyczące czyszczenia i płukania:
produktów stosowanych do czyszczenia, zalecanych narzędzi, procedur i częstotliwości ich wykonywania, wszelkie niezbędne ostrzeżenia (na przykład czyszczenie można wykonywać tylko po zatrzymaniu urządzenia, używając wody z mydłem i ściągaczki z tworzywa sztucznego.
Narzędzia metalowe nie są zalecane);
c) informacje dotyczące środków bezpieczeństwa niezbędnych do zapobiegania obrażeniom na skutek przechylania ładunku (patrz 5.2.5);
d) w przypadku urządzeń do przechylania i podnoszenia zamontowanych na kółkach:
informacje dotyczące zasad montażu liny i/lub rodzaju używanej liny w celu ograniczenia ryzyka uszkodzenia liny;
e) informacje o normalnej ilości przetwarzanego materiału dla danych produktów i o maksymalnym obciążeniu dozwolonym dla urządzenia;
f) informacje ostrzegawcze dla użytkownika dotyczące zagrożeń w strefie rozładunku, gdy urządzenie uczestniczy w procesie rozładunku;
g) wartości sił w punktach mocowania i informacje o wymiarach, jeśli urządzenie ma być zamocowane;
h) w przypadku urządzeń ruchomych zalecenia, że urządzenie można przemieszczać tylko po opuszczeniu lub zdemontowaniu misy lub urządzenia mieszającego, przy czym zabronione jest stawanie na urządzeniu w trakcie ruchu;
i) ostrzeżenie dla operatora o możliwym zagrożeniu uwięźnięciem między przechylaną misą a lejem samowyładowczym kolejnego urządzenia;
j) instrukcje dotyczące odłączania i zabezpieczania urządzenia w przypadku naprawy lub konserwacji (odłączanie od źródeł energii różnego rodzaju, blokowanie urządzenia odcinającego, usuwanie energii resztkowej, sprawdzenie), operacje czyszczenia siłowników można wykonywać tylko po odcięciu zasilania elektrycznego;
k) parametry urządzenia zabezpieczającego przed przetężeniem w przypadku urządzeń objętych punktem 5.3.3;

A stuffing and molding mechanism of a dough food product processing machine, at least comprising:
a stationary structure, which comprises two side boards arranged opposite to each other, the two side boards being formed with two shaft holes or two elongate shaft holes opposite to each other;
a first mold roller, which comprises a transmission shaft penetrating through a molding cutter, the transmission shaft having an end section to which a toothed wheel assembly is mounted,
the first mold roller being arranged to have the transmission shaft extending through and supported on the shaft holes of the two side boards so as to support the molding cutter between the two side boards;
a second mold roller, which comprises a transmission shaft penetrating through a molding cutter, the transmission shaft having an end section to which a toothed wheel assembly is mounted,
the second mold roller being arranged to have the transmission shaft extending through and supported on the elongate shaft holes of the two side boards so as to support the molding cutter between the two side boards,
wherein the first mold roller and the second mold roller are arranged such that the molding cutters are in mating engagement with each other and the toothed wheel assemblies are coupled to a power mechanism to be rotatable synchronously; and
at least one demolding rotary disc, which comprises a disc body that is formed with a shaft hole in a central portion thereof
so that the demolding rotary disc is fit, through the shaft hole, to one end of the molding cutter of one of the mold rollers,
the disc body having a side surface that is adjacent to the molding cutter and is formed with at least one demolding pawl raised therefrom,
wherein a tubular dough skin that is filled with a stuffing material, upon entry a space between the two molding cutters, is subjected to pressing and cutting and sealing to form a dumpling,
which is demolded by having a side of the dumpling contacted and pushed by the demolding pawl that is provided on the demolding rotary disc.

I started translating in 2007 during my studies at the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology. Later I worked as an engineer and translating was my second job. Since 2014 I've been a professional translator devoted to this profession.
I translate always on time. Throughout my career I was only 3 times late (a few hours) and it was mainly because of technical reasons.

In cooperation with translation agencies I was translating for Siemens, Emerson, GE, 3M, Procter & Gamble, Braun, Kraft and many other well-known companies.
During last few years 80% of my projects were patent translations. I provide my services to many small and big patent agencies (also via translation agencies).
Knowledge is Power
I believe that knowledge is power, especially in technical translations. As an engineer with linguistic skills I understand how devices work, which is an advantage over ordinary linguists.
