はじめまして。サムエル・ダーブーズと申します。出身はアメリカのニュージャージー州です。大学の時はグラフィックデザイン、編集、作文を習いました。作文は特に好きで長所だと思います。

I've lived in Japan for 10 years, working as an English teacher in schools around the country. I decided to combine my skills with Japanese and English to start a new career in translation and localization.

日本での生活は２０１０年からで富山県と神奈川県のそれぞれの学校で英語を教えました。英語と日本語のスキルを組み合わせようと決めて、プロとして翻訳とローカライズを頑張っています。

I love Japanese media. While most translators can provide accurate translations, I realized that not all of them are capable of writing English creatively. My goal is to become a professional who can share my love of Japanese media with the world.

日本の作品はとても好きです。翻訳者はもちろん言葉通りの訳すことは出来ますが、芸実的な翻訳の出来る人は少ないとわかりました。私の目標は心に付く翻訳を通して、世界の人々に日本のすばらしい作品を楽しんで頂くことです。
