Correct typographical error
This seems to be a typographical error which I've found in the 2010 financial statements of an Italian bank. Here is the full context:
< Il conto “Fatture da ricevere” rappresenta l’importo delle fatture arrivate successivamente al 31 dicembre 2010 o di sui dia cert6o l’arrivo, ma di competenza del 2010...>
My uneducated guess is that this means somehting like "within 60 days thereof" but your suggestions or explanation would be most welcome

In this context it seems clear enough to me as an explanation of what outstanding invoices are and hardly literal Phil:
"Outstanding invoices ... invoices that were received after .... or for which receipt is certain, ..."

Note from asker:
Hi Jim. I hope you got my earlier message. I much prefer your rendering of the phrase, after correction of the typo: it fits perfectly with the style and register of the main document of which it forms part. Thanks again. |

Comment: "MANY THANKS. This translates the Italian text precisely, word for word, and still reads well in English. This is just what is need in this rather 'official' context: namely, a big bank's annual and financial report."

whose reception has been verified/assessed
These invoices have been received and confirmed after 2010, but they refer to 2010

rephrase it
...represents the value of invoices received, or expected to arrive, in 2011.
Discussion
it practically means - invoices that are due to arrive (certain to be delivered) and should be registered in the 2010 books, even though they will arrive during 2011
