English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

5.1. IMPORTER/DISTRIBUTOR must place orders in writing with COMPANY, sent by fax or email, indicating the quantity and type of Products and the desired delivery date.

5.2. IMPORTER/DISTRIBUTOR shall provide COMPANY before the 15th of each month with a forecast by individual Product of its anticipated requirements for Product over the next three future months. The first month of any such forecast shall not be capable of change (without the written agreement of the other party) and shall be regarded as the order from IMPORTER/DISTRIBUTOR to COMPANY. Subsequent months’ forecasts may be changed by the next month’s forecast. For the avoidance of doubt, IMPORTER/DISTRIBUTOR‘s forecast sent on 25th March 2005, shall detail requirements for the months of April 2005 to June 2005, the requirement for April 2005 being set, but the requirements for May and June 2005, can be changed by the next forecast to be sent by 25 April 2005.
