5.1 in the interpretation, integration or application of any of the provisions of the Franchise Contract, due consideration shall be given to that or those of its Annexes which are relevant to the matter in question

Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous number above, any queries vis-à-vis the interpretation or integration of the regime applicable to the Franchise Contract shall be settled in line with the prevalence of the public interest in the smooth implementation of the obligations of the Franchisee and in the uninterrupted operation of the Franchise.

5.1. Na interpretação, integração ou aplicação de qualquer disposição do Contrato de Concessão, deverão ser consideradas as disposições daquele ou daqueles dos seus Anexos que sejam relevantes para a matéria em causa e na interpretação de qualquer dos Anexos deverão ser consideradas as disposições do Contrato de Concessão.
5.2. Sem prejuízo do disposto no número anterior, as dúvidas na interpretação ou integração do regime aplicável ao Contrato de Concessão serão resolvidas com base na prevalência do interesse público na boa execução das obrigações da Concessionária e no funcionamento ininterrupto da Concessão.
