Source text - Arabic یعتبر "السوق المسقوف" أو "السوق المقبي" من معالم "حمص" القدیمة وھو معلم أثري بامتیاز،
ویضم العدید من الأسواق الصغیرة والذي أخذ اسمه ھذا لأن العدید من أجزائه مسقوفة أو مغطاة،
وكان یحیط بھذا السوق "سور حمص الأثري".
"السوق المسقوف" یقسم إلى عدد من الأسواق الصغیرة التي تسمى بأغلبیتھا حسب المھنة المزاولة
فیھا، وأغلبھا یعود لفترات زمنیة مختلفة
Translation - English The "roofed market" or "Al-Masquof" is considered as one of the ancient monuments of Homs and it's an archeological landmark for real and it includes many small markets. The name "Al-Masquof" means "roofed" and it comes from the fact that many parts of the market are roofed or covered. This market was surrounded by the ancient wall of Homs.
The roofed market is divided into several small markets which their names are probably set according to the career in which is applied. Most of them refer to a specific period of time.

Source text - English LCDs are used in a wide range of applications including computer monitors, televisions, instrument panels, aircraft cockpit displays, and indoor and outdoor signage. LCD screens are also used on consumer electronics products such as DVD players, video game devices and clocks. LCD screens have replaced heavy, bulky cathode ray tube (CRT) displays in nearly all applications. LCD screens are available in a wider range of screen sizes than CRT and plasma displays.
The LCD screen is more energy-efficient and can be disposed of more safely than a CRT can. Its low electrical power consumption enables it to be used in battery-powered electronic equipment more efficiently than CRTs can be.
Translation - Arabic تُستخدم هذه الشاشات في مجال واسع من التطبيقات بما يتضمن شاشات الحواسيب، التلفاز، لوحات الأجهزة والمعدّات، مقصورة القيادة في الطائرات وفي اللافتات العامة. تكون هذه الشاشات أكثر وجوداً في الأجهزة المستهلَكة مثل مشغلات الفيديو، أجهزة الألعاب والساعات. وقد استُبدلت بها شاشات أنبوب الأشعة المهبطية الثقيل الضخم CRT في ما يقارب جميع التطبيقات. حيث تتواجد شاشات LCD اليوم في قياسات متعددة وبمجال أوسع من شاشات CRT وشاشات البلازما.
تُعتبر شاشات الـ LCD أكثر توفيراً للطاقة ويمكن التخلص منها بأمانٍ أكثرَ مما تقدّمه شاشات CRT. يُسهّل استهلاكُها القليل للطاقة الكهربائية استعمالَها في الأجهزة الإلكترونية التي تعمل على البطاريات بشكل أكثر فعالية من شاشات الأنبوب المهبطي CRT.
