It seems like a proper noun.
However, if there's a typo and it is supposed to be "Ağır Abi", then I would suggest "tough guy"

The only reference where I could find the same usage (Ağrabî) is provided in Ref.2- (there they are talking about the same person, i.e. Urabi/Arabi Pasha-4th paragraph from the bottom)
