Turkish term

Kültür mh.

Turkish to English Other Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs Marriage certificate
This is in a Turkish marriage certificate, in the section concerning the place and number of family registration:

Erkegin: Hatay/Dörtyol/Kültür mh.

I think I have worked out most of it:

Man: Hatay (province) / Dörtyol (town) then ??

Could Kültur be the name of a village?
What does the abbreviation mh. stand for?
Proposed translations (English)
5 +8 Kültür quarter
