Accreted land/new land resulting from post-glacial rebound is more like what you're looking for. But good work! Just a suggestion ...see http://southeastalaskalandtrust.org/accreted-lands/
Deane Goltermann Jun 2, 2014:
Well Chris, you are right about this being new land resulting from the crustal uplift after the latest ice age ended and the weight of the ice sheet was removed, but 'squished'? Same thing is happening in the British Isle, there must be geological term tho -- been looking all day. I live on rocks formerly underwater, but that was 10,000 years ago. And this is land created more recently, as in counting in a century or so. And you're right, 'reclaimed land' is what they have in Holland....Another question is why all the references to this Swe word are Finnish??

reclaimed land

This is land reclaimed from the Baltic Sea due to natural uplift (or land rise) as the land rebounds from being squished by the ice sheet donkeys ago

On reflection I suppose this answer is ambiguous (could mean land reclaimed by artificial means). So you could try instead "land reclaimed from the sea through natural uplift" or "uplifted land" or some such.
