Hi! This is an economic report (which I'm actually translating into Spanish, but there are so few translators in that combination that I'd rather ask you guys!). MSEK has been previously translated as "million SEK", but then we have the term TKR. As I recall from math Tera is 10 up to the 9th, so would it be "billion"?
