Can anyone tell me what KA stands for, please? I'm a bit short on time too.

KA PBL is an abbreviation used within the Swedish construction industry, it stands for Kvalitetsansvarig enligt Plan- och Bygglagen.
I think the equivalent in both UK and US English is Quality Surveyor. The KA-inventering means that a survey of a building or building site is done according to very specific standards, for which the KA is professionally accountable.
