In English we don't have the same distinctions that Swedish schools have. For instance, gymnasium itself is actually "upper" secondary school or perhaps "senior high".
In terms of "naturbruk", I would not try to reinvent the wheel. Other organisations have said:

Naturbruk basically implies farming, garden farming and forestry. At least to my mind Natural Resources Use is a wider concept including mining, energy production etc.
