building skeleton

"Husstomme" refers to the load-carrying parts of the building above the foundations, i.e. walls, columns, floors, and roof. It is equivalent to the German term "Rohbau".

house structure

'Husets stomme' is the walls, roof, inner floors etc. The closest I can think of is 'house structure' as opposed to 'house frame' which is the timber where walls and roof is attaced.
