Swedish term

förbutik

Swedish to English Art/Literary Cinema, Film, TV, Drama New employee at store
This term is a puzzle. A new employee at a large supermarket is on break and goes to "förbutiken" to order a drink in a small café there. Could this be an area at the front of the store? Off in a corner? My sources don't provide any clues.

Yes, I know what you mean At the local Safeway near where I live, they recently set up a Starbucks. They also have a small cafe in the nearby (but in a different direction) Barnes & Noble bookstore. Good to know the Swedish name for a store within a store.

I think you know what it is, it's like a store within a store, like at Target where they have sodas and popcorn, or Starbucks even. Like a lobby shop.
