Portuguese term
apesar de se fazer muito terror a respeito
Portuguese to English
Medical
Nutrition
Cholesterol
This phrase appears in a pamphlet on nutrition and is referring to cholesterol. The complete phrase is "Portanto, o consumo de cholesterol, apesar de se fazer muito terror a respeito, é essencial". The tone of the text is generally very serious and so I don't want anything too flippant or informal, but the word "terror" sounds pretty strong to me! I have a couple of ideas but I thought I would open it up to discussion and see what people come up with. Than you.

Cholesterol consumption, in spite of its bad rap/reputation, is essential.

Note from asker:
I really like this one too, but they only let me choose one and I went for Hugo's, but thank you anyway. I would say reputation instead of rap because it is a bit more formal (for this document) |
