Aparece no final de uma lei aprovada pelo Presidente da República, penso que seja algo relacionado com autênticação?? Fará sentido visto que é uma lei já aprovada?

As leis, após aprovadas, têm que ser publicadas para que vigorem. O princípio da publicidade é fundamento de todo ato público (exceto os secretos, claro).

Thank you, Muriel. This was my choice too, but the other option had a precedent. Anyway, I'll invert the order in the glossary.

My suggestion.

It means that the law, decree, etc must be published in some publication: Official Gazette, Patent Gazette, etc.

In EN, you often see: This decision/act, etc SHALL BE PUBLISHED in the (whatever).
