OUR default is Pro because we configured it as such some time in the past. But for newcomers, the default will be Non-Pro until they change it.

We'll have to pay attention to the questions posted by new members. Unfortunately, the default in ProZ is "non-Pro" and the new posters don't see it and don't know how it works. Many people have already suggested ProZ to change that default, including myself, but they won't change it.
On the other hand, many veteran askers post questions as Pro that are not even close to Pro.
So let's pay attention and vote for both Pro and Non-Pro questions and make it right and fair for the answerers.
