Portuguese term

para o que

Portuguese to English Other Law: Contract(s) Prestação de serviços

neutral lexical : This works fine if it is the start of a new sentence "For that purpose...". If it continues after a comma, however, it should be "for which purpose" (relative clause).

'... prices should only be altered by agreement between the parties so that X might inform Y in writing...'

Consequently (starting a new sentence)

prices may only be changed by agreement between the parties. Consequently, X is required to inform Y, in writing, giving at least 60 days' notice ........

More literal:
prices may only be changed by agreement between the parties. for which purpose, X is required to inform Y, in writing, giving at least 60 days' notice

The more literal sentence is unwieldy, and we don't know what comes before 'prices'...English doesn't tolerate very lengthy sentences.

agree lexical : This is a good option
