MILÃO - Os acionistas italianos da TIM são contra a determinação de fazer uma oferta pública de ações da empresa no Brasil.
O grupo acionista da Telecom Italia Telco afirmou em comunicado nesta quinta-feira que vai se opor à decisão da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) de impor ao grupo obrigação de fazer oferta pública pelas ações ordinárias da TIM Participações.

A decisão pode implicar ao grupo dispêndio de mais de 1 bilhão de dólares. A CVM informou, através de sua assessoria de imprensa, que a companhia deve protocolar o recurso até a próxima quarta-feira para atender ao prazo de 10 dias úteis que tem para contestar a decisão. O pedido deve ser encaminhado ao colegiado da autarquia.
A espanhola Telefónica tem participação de 42,3% na Telco, que controla 24,5% da Telecom Italia.
O grupo de investidores também decidiu fazer uma baixa contábil de quase 1,4 bilhão de euros no valor de sua participação na maior operadora de telecomunicações do país.
A Telco informou que reduziu o valor de sua fatia na Telecom Italia a 2,2 euros por ação. O grupo não informou qual era o valor anterior da participação, mas o jornal italiano Il Messaggero publicou que era de 2,6 euros por ação.

: The shareholders did not hold a vote. The public offering in Brazil is ordered by CVM, and the shareholders want to file an appeal (protocolar recurso) to fight the CVM's decision.
