I believe this is not a “Tech/Engineering - Computers: Software” term.
It would be better to ask under "Law: Taxation & Customs".
As far as I know it applies to restaurants and it is a small paper with a description of consumed goods. It differs from the invoice or receipt in some sort of required formality level.
