Probably it's チリエキス (chilli extract).
I had never heard of チリトラクト but there are lots of examples of チリエキス used as an ingredient. (エキス comes from エキストラクト)

If you are translating product information on 呑んべえ漬, definitely it means chili extract. Btw, I spelt "chili" incorrectly above. Sorry for the typo.
