I would greatly appreciate it if someone could please assist me with the following. Although I am reluctant to post something so massive looking, I have tried to identify the particular points of confusion to lighten the burden on the potential respondent. I sincerely appreciate any assistance anyone can give.
The numbers in the source text correspond to the numbering on the questions and are not units.
(3) Further, the present invention discloses a method of production of a cellular model for neurodegenerative disease which accumulates1 protein polymers intracellularly by transposing a protein which can serve as a nucleus for polymerization of a protein polymer or polymer thereof and the plasmid including the gene that codes said protein into a neural cell or a neuroglial cell and interfacing the aforementioned protein which can serve as a nucleus (for polymerization of a protein polymer)2 or polymer (thereof)3 with the protein generated by the appearance of the plasmid.
1) Please be aware that I am using “which” instead of “characterized by” to conform with US practice. Is the verb “accumulates” used properly? Should the voice be passive instead of volitional?
2) Is this OK to omit (as was done in the source text)?
3) Is this OK to omit (as was done in the source text)?

enables ....to accumulate
(1) disease which enables protein polymers to accumulate intracellularly (enables intracellar accumulation of protein polymer)(2) you cannot omit, since it may make it confused with a cell [nucleus]. However, you may use [the nucleus for polymerization] or (3) the polymer.
