"Emozioni a tutto sport" - here I am not sure whether this indicates "all kinds of sports" or "thrilling moments for all sports enthusiasts"... could someone please shed some light on this?
Thanks in advance!

or something more adventurous

I think this needs re-written.

"Whether it's a relaxing family holiday, a romantic break for two, or something more adventurous, XXX offers something for everyone."

I know I've repeated the word "something", but you get the picture.

excitement all around

I think in this case they are not referring to sports: the text immediately preceding "Emozioni a tutto sport"makes no mention of sports.

neutral Lara Barnett : But only a few lines later in the text they refer to sports again: "Per gli sportivi."

sporting fun

I think the reference is to the sports activities such as mountain biking, horse riding etc. as it is a mountain location

You could also combine it with Marco's suggestion to give you

Sporting fun and excitement all round.

But I think the reference to sports should be maintained.

thrill at full throttle

Just as another option, "thrill at full throttle" may come as a little bit antithetical in the context of a peaceful relaxing environment, but that might be the effect they are trying to create. (?)

Sporting sensations / All the delights of its sports

I believe that this does refer to sports.

On the web this area seems to be steeped in different kinds of sports, including many popular outdoor ones, hence the term "emozioni". To me this conjures up the sensational views/scenery related to the more adventurous sports such as climbing, kayaking, mountaineering, etc (all seemingly on offer in Sauris):

I believe that "sports" is important here as, a few lines later, we read:
"Per gli sportivi. Per la coppia. Per la famiglia."

.... Ooops, not forgetting skiing, ski runs and cross-country skiing amongst the adventurous and thrilling sports of Sauris (how is this not sportingly sensational) !

"Untervelt" and "Plotze", two famous ski runs surrounded by the fairytale landscape of the valley of Sauris."

Maybe "sport-induced tingles" ?
