Italian term

broches

Italian to English Other Retail
Carissimi, can anyone help me with the English equivalent of the term "broches" found in a catalogue of accessories for in-store price communication: "PORTA ETICHETTE
PER BROCHES". It should be the type of display unit portrayed in the photo here: http://www.lynkos.net/boxfile/broche.jpg . I don't suppose anyone knows of a good English based site or glossary of shopfitting/in-store communications accessories? Grazie infinite, Sarah.

brooches/bobby pins

This looks like Spanish, not Italian. Could be brooches, but why not spillo/spilla? Could also be Spanish spelling. See ref for bobby pins (Mex Sp).
Note from asker:
Don't think brooches come into it. As far as I can understand, the term is used to describe the sort of supermarket display unit in the photo I posted, or also here: http://www.alticino.it/europa/complementi/serie%20prodotti/brio/disegni/schemi%20non%20food/sez%206%20broches.jpg , where the product is suspended from "pins", which is probably where the term comes from.
