in musical terms a suite is used to describe a group of musical works whereas an ensemble is used to describe a group of musical instruments, voices, actors etc.

Comunque, trattandosi di piccoli gruppi ("quintetto"), non mi pare che si possa derogare da tale termine usando orchestra. Se non, come dice Solinas con "group" (nel secondo caso "into the group of instruments").
