Letter of reprimand.
I have an idea or two, though I'm not entirely sure about this phrase.
Something along the lines:
'For all legal effects...'.
'In accordance with the current laws in effect and contract regulations set forth' or would that be too prolix?
Perhaps someone can either confirm my idea or give a better suggestion.
I have checked other kudoz discussions, but nothing seems to help, so far.
Thanks very much

for all legal purposes and contractual purposes
For all legal purposes is a standard phrase. Then we have for "all the purposes of this contract". The problem here is how to telescope them into one short phrase.
