Italiano term

per la gestione del gioco lecito

Da Italiano a Inglese Affari/Finanza Generale/Conversazioni/Auguri/Lettere Resolution of Board Directors
This is from minutes of a company providing online gaming services. This paragraph is one that describes the powers granted to one of the managing directors.

I assume that this term is relevant to the area, but I do not know the best way to translate it.

"....per tutto cio che concerne I rapporti con l’Agenzia delle Dogane e di Monopoli sottoscrivendo tutti gli atti necessary, ivi compreses le convenzioni di concessione, le controdeduzioni ai verbali, ponendo in essere tutti gli atti necessari ai fini della corretta attivazione operativa della rete per la gestione del gioco lecito, [rest is illegible]"

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

for the management of legal gambling activities

"Gioco" in Italian in this context means "gambling", whether it's slot machines, buying a lottery ticket or betting on sports.

The Gaming Scheme Act and the Totalisator Act give the following operators exclusive rights to provide the majority of legal gambling activities in Norway. These operators are also the only entities that can provide online gambling:

In a report released in November 2010 by the Anti-Mafia Commission of the Italian Parliament, it was noted that the Mafia and other crime syndicates did not lose the chance to be involved in legal and illegal gambling activities, particularly due to the high liquidity involved, which makes the sector particularly appealing as a vehicle to clean money obtained from other criminal activities, particularly drugs, human trafficking, prostitution and racketeering. At the same time, involvement in legal gambling activities allowed organised crime to amass a considerable amount of financial means that can be reinvested in criminal activities.

for the management of lawful games

It could also be legal games, or gaming instead of games
Note from asker:
Thanks. I think "gaming" works better here.
