Direi che si può interpretare come "senza preoccupazioni né problemi", ma non riesco a trovare un'espressione adatta in inglese. Fin'ora ho pensato a "safely" - ma non si tratta di sicurezza; "without problems" - ma il registro è troppo basso...

Io lo tradurrei "without any problem" perchè, come dici anche tu, il senso è proprio quello. In inglese non esistono frasi macchinose, come invece si possono fare in italiano. Se abbassa il registro linguistico del resto della tua traduzione, puoi pensare ad un sinonimo; non so, "peacefully", ...
