This is a call for applications and here is a list of tasks that the technical sales team coordinator has to carry out. It is difficult as this is a translation from Spanish to Italian. Context: Monitoraggio e reporting dei KPI: numero di clienti con acquisto, percentuale di offerte ottenute/in monitoraggio, percentuali di vendita, ecc. Any ideas please? I don't think there is a mistake. These are just different indicators of customers' purchasing data. See links provided below. I think the equivalent of what you are looking for is the number of customers that actually purchased a product (as against those who didn't). So not the frequency with which or the number of products they bought. Put in other words, the success rate of sales to actually make the customer purchase something.
