If the worker is hired as temporary worker/employee, he/she can ask to be registered again afterwards, in the mobility list once his/her commitment ends.

Moreover, just for info, the "decadimento" or cancellation from the mobility list might also occur once the worker has reached the scheduled maximum period available by the same mentioned list - period which varies as it is subject to many factors and features -.

Il lavoratore viene poi seguito durante il periodo di permanenza in Lista, dando luogo alla registrazione dei seguenti eventi: (a) assunzioni a tempo indeterminato, (b) uscita dalla Lista per decorrenza del periodo massimo ammissibile. Se non si osserva l’uno o l’altro dei due eventi, (c) il lavoratore è ancora iscritto alla Lista. Le informazioni aggiuntive che se ne traggono sono pertanto la durata della permanenza nella Lista e lo stato corrente nella Lista: avviato a tempo indeterminato (nel seguito, avviato), decaduto o ancora in Lista.

"Decaduto per avviamento" would not have been used in Italian just to say that a new position has been covered. "Decaduto" refers to "cancelled" within the mobility list because "avviato/avviamento" to another working position (either temp or not). In this context, the Italian term "Decaduto" does not refer to the term job but to the term "registration" in the mobility list that is "decaduto"/cancelled. On the other way round another Italian term would have been used like "concluso, terminato" il lavoro...etc. Moreover, "decaduto" is immediately followed by "per avviamento" which here means "hiring"
with another form of contract.

The link I mentioned is self-explanatory and it leaves no doubt whatsoever.
