If I were translating this I'd probably leave orientamento colturale out as unnecessary and write something like:
"a 25 ha farm of vineyards and olive groves" or
"farm mainly comprising vineyards and olive groves"
"a 25 ha farm of vineyards and olive groves" or
"farm mainly comprising vineyards and olive groves"
