I’m guessing it’s an abbreviation of “daftar isian”. From what I understand buying land in a village context starts with getting a letter from the village head which is co-signed by the potential seller, which is then used to take to the local land affairs office or a land deed official. Presumably for administration purposes there would be a register of people who came to the village head which notes details of the land, sellers and buyers etc. Sometimes the village head himself acts as the land deed official / PPAT. There are a number of somewhat oblique Googel references.

neutral ErichEko ⟹⭐ : AFAIK, PPAT should either be a Camat or a Notary. Both are governent-appointed oficials. Village heads are elected by villagers, so they are prone to politics/politicking in dealing with sensitve matters like lands.

Thanks Eric. For the village heads, I was referring to PPAT Sementara
