Rukun Tetangga / Rukun Warga

These terms are the same as Indonesian.
Rukun Tetangga might be translated as Neighborhood Association (tetangga = neighbor)

Rukun Warga could be translated as Community Association and would be the equivalent of a ward

what would be the equivalent terms in your country?

a rukun tetangga may consists of 10 - 20 houses/households, while a rukun warga consists of 5 to 10 rukun tetangga.
Note from asker:
Thanks Eldira, very helpful. And it is actually an Indonesian death certificate - I picked the wrong language from my list!
We have parishes, which can have as few as 20 households in a very rural area, or several thousand in a city. Then there is a ward; the one I live in has about 2,700 households. My ward is part of Hereford city parish, which has about 21,000 households - as you can see, it's a bit confusing!
