Maaf, konteks tidak terlalu jelas Saya hanya menerima file .xls dengan konteks yang tidak terlalu jelas, sepertinya ini adalah sebuah survey kepuasan pelanggan dan dalam masing2 kolom saya menemukan bahasa campuran, Inggris dan Indonesia.

angka perolehan apa? perlu konteks As indicated by Pak Arfan, need to know the konteks. 'Angka perolehan' itself is merely 'rate'. Is it 'angka perolehan penjualan', maybe?

sales figures

The context seems to be sales reports, which are "often late, incomplete and incorrect (i.e. sales figures are often erroneous). With only this information, I would think that 'angka perolehan (penjualan)" could be translated simply as 'sales figures'.
Example sentence:

Ini adalah angka pertumbuhan yang cukup signifikan dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan penjualan ekspor yang hanya sebesar 4,1 persen dari keseluruhan angka perolehan penjualan sebesar Rp 4.341 juta.

figures of earnings

But how does one know if the earnings figures are accurate? People have been known to cook the books. I’m not saying this is the case. I’ve been looking into Adsense but still unsure.
