Este acrònimo aparece en un registro de comercio de Suiza. En el formulario hay una tabla con 6 columnas tituladas: Zei., REf., TB Nr., TB Datum, SHAB, SHAB Datum.
Bajo "Zei." aparece esta abreviatura. En el mismo documento hay indicación de abreviaturas (por ejemplo: KU significa Kollektivunterschrift) pero no aparece ésta.

Supongo que son la iniciales del oficial del registro que escribió la entrada. "Zei" es "Zeichen" que es lo mismo que puede significar "visto bueno" o "referencia".
