German term

kündigende Gesellschafter

German to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Articles of association
Hi, is this correct. I am a bit confused about the kündigende Gesellschafter - is this a notifying partner?
Ist der kündigende Gesellschafter auch an der Komplementärin beteiligt, ist die Kündigung der Gesellschaft nur zulässig, wenn er zugleich auch die Beteiligung an der Komplementärin kündigt.
Proposed translations (English)

outgoing partner (or member of a partnership)

very similar to Heidi again, namely a partner giving notice to leave.

NB the subsuming of notice to quit or leave in Kündigung, a Prof. Noam Chomsky Deep Structural point made in his lingustic theories of yesteryear.

Thx. The second sentence means Kündigen subsumes notice - it lies in the substrate or (per Prof. Chomsky) 'deep structure' of the word.
agree heidi (X) : 'outgoing' is the right word in the context.
