I know this has been asked before, but my question is can I simmply use "GTC" or must I write out "General Terms and Conditions" in full? The audience is UK-English speakers.

I've only heard it referred to as "Terms and Conditions", as far as I am aware GTC is not a recognised abbreviation.

General Terms and Conditions
I would write it out, at least the first time. Then you put GTC in parens and later refer to only GTC.
